Malwa Rural Education Development and Welfare Society was founded in 2002 with a mission to focus on education and welfare of the people of Sardulagarh and adjacent areas. It established its first educational institution in 2003 under the name of Meera Public School. MPS has become a landmark in the field of education in this area. It become a centre of quality education. The society also founded a college in the name of Meera College Education and it is the only B.Ed. College between Mansa and Sirsa. The society also plans to make the school to be a senior secondary school by the coming session.

We consider that truth, honesty, frankness sincerity and dedication from the foundation of education: those opportunities are endless but goal is one: motivated for excellence. We believe that we need to move forward to more contented and healthier road to progress and excellence. Meera Public School strives hard to give every student a complete upliftment in the overall development of student thereby shaping young minds that will form the nation tomorrow.
Over the years, there have been many changes that have moulded the life of the institution to meet the future with renewed dynamism and vision. Meera Public School education aims at making children capable of becoming responsible, productive and useful members of society.
We are very grateful to our parents for their sincere involvement in the school.Without their single-minded co-operation between the school and home we cannot offer the holistic education towards which we are striving; “Sarva Gunn Sampann”.

Meera Public School Sardulewala (Sardulgarh) is the realisation of a long cherished dream of the people of Sardulgarh and adjacent sreas of Mansa District. It is run by Malwa Rural Education Development and Welfare Society Sardulgarh. It was founded in April 2003 under the visitonary leadership of Late Sh. Durga Dass Tarsi (Ex. Sarpanch) as the founding President of MPS. The school within a short period of time developed to be one of the best institutions of the area. It is spread in about 12 acres of land at village Sardulewala near Sardulgarh Distt. Mansa. MPS is the first school of the region to get affiliation from Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
