The theme of the lecture was: World Heritage Sites in Ukraine. This is the first of a series of lectures on Ukrainian culture and art organized by the ICF International Culture Federation. It was hosted by Mr. Timur and presented by Ms. Foresthill Rose.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canlives.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Ukraine-Lecture1-03-300x300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The lecture gave a detailed account of seven UNESCO World Heritage sites in Ukraine, including six cultural heritages and one natural heritage. The seven World Heritage Sites are Kyiv: Saint-Sophia Cathedral and Related Monastic Buildings, Kyiv Pechersk Lavra; Lviv- the\u00a0 Ensemble of Historic Centre; Struve Geodetic Arc; Residence of Bukovinian and Dalmatian Metropolitans; the Ancient City of Tauric Chersonese and its Chora; Wooden Tserkvas of the Carpathian Region in Poland and Ukraine; Ancient and Primeval Beech Forests of the Carpathians and Other Regions of Europe, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/canlives.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Ukraine-Lecture1-02-300x300.jpg\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>The participants had a warm Panel Talk, in which they had in-depth discussions and exchanges on the blood, language, history, culture, and religion of Ukraine.
