To further enhance international students’ English communication skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and global vision, the “Singapore International English Study and Intensive Training Camp,” will hold its grand opening ceremony in mid-July 2026 at the campus of the world-renowned National University of Singapore.

Students, teacher representatives, and project leaders from different countries and regions will attend the event together, marking the beginning of an English learning journey that integrates language training, cultural exchange, and international experience. Participants will come from Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Japan, and Canada.

During this international English study and training camp, teachers and students from the above countries will come together under the core theme of “English Communication, Global Vision, Cultural Integration, and Future Growth.” The program aims to create a real, diverse, and immersive environment for English learning, cultural experience, and cross-cultural interaction.

Throughout the program, students will improve their English listening and speaking skills, presentation abilities, leadership skills, teamwork abilities, and international communication skills through English courses, keynote speeches, group discussions, campus visits, cultural exchange activities, and practical learning experiences.

As an important international education hub in Asia, Singapore offers a multicultural environment, a strong English-speaking atmosphere, and high-quality educational resources, making it an ideal destination for international English training programs. Students will begin their learning journey in an environment filled with international academic atmosphere, experience the campus culture of a world-class university, and be inspired to pursue higher goals in their future studies and personal development.

According to the project leader, this English training camp focuses not only on improving students’ language abilities, but also on cultivating their overall qualities. The curriculum and activities are designed to encourage students to speak actively, participate in team tasks, and build confidence and adaptability through multicultural interaction.

By studying and living together with peers from different backgrounds, students will have the opportunity to broaden their international horizons, strengthen their cross-cultural understanding, and develop a more positive awareness of global learning.

At the opening ceremony, the Canadian principal and project representatives will introduce the course arrangements, activity rules, safety requirements, and learning objectives of the program to all participating students. Student representatives from different countries will also deliver speeches in both their mother tongues and English, sharing their expectations for this international learning journey.

The organizer stated that it hopes every student will be able to express themselves bravely, explore actively, and grow confidently in Singapore’s international environment, turning English into a real tool for connecting with the world.
